Brilliant Season (2022)
In 1990, Jiang Zhongshi becomes a temp at a machinery factory after losing his chance to enter military school due to his father being implicated for committing economic crimes. Yuan Xiaoxia's father who was also affected by the Jiang's family problems dies unexpectedly. Four years later, Jiang Zhongshi and Yuan Xiaoxia cross paths at the machinery factory. When it comes to work, they are willing to set aside their grievances to remain professional. After 20 years of arduous exploration, the technical know-how and production experience of the hardworking individuals at the factory allow them to make a breakthrough in the research and development of CNC machine tools. The restructured Liangchuan group has now become a glorious member of China's "smart" manufacturing.
